If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We may request photos or videos as proof before processing your claim. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund as applicable.
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges are available for eligible items if the replacement product is in stock. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the item.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
